Orchard Street Launches Membership Program

Orchard Street re-launched its Webstore to coincide with the inauguration of its Membership Program. The Membership Program is based on the concepts of personal shopping and exclusivity. Like its predecessor, the new Webstore features exclusive web-only merchandise which is available for sale to the general public. However, it also has an exclusive Members Store that features limited, exclusive products available only to Orchard Street Members. Also available to members is the Members Vault, where Members have access to vintage Orchard Street products. The Membership Program is a tiered structure, which allows for different levels of access based on what level of membership one has.

“The Membership Program gives us a direct relationship with our audience, from which there are many benefits. We can create limited edition products for our Members worldwide. Being in touch with what our members like, we can design our products around their tastes and cater to their needs. We also have the flexibility to drop whatever we want, whenever we want, without being limited by what is hot this week or what season is selling in boutiques. The Membership Program is more like a club than anything else. It is our way of recognizing our people and saying thanks for the support.”
