Etnies Seed Spring ’08 Footwear

In an effort to reinforce its commitment to the environment, etnies is proud to continue the SEED Project.
The SEED Project is a unique collection of apparel and footwear made of sustainable and recycled materials that reflect their responsibility to give back to the planet. With the purchase of these products, one percent of the proceeds will be donated to benefit environmental organizations that etnies believes will plant the seeds for the future of action sports, humanity and our planet.
For spring ’08, they collaborated with San Diego-based artist . In between operating his concept store Igloo, and art directing with St. John at the New York-based HunterGatherer Studio, Gary made some time to develop the prints you see in the new Spring ’08 SEED Project line.
Here we give you a look at the footwear of the Etnies Spring 2008 collection. It is nice seeing them finding a balance between the environment and keeping the footwear clean and stylish. It seems like both is possible.
