Library by Nord Architects

Some true invention is going on in the world of Library Architecture. From the book inspired facades in Kansas City and Cardiff, to major building projects in Seattle, and, of course, the brilliant murals coloring the walls of Bronx libraries, public spaces dedicated to research and learning are getting a fun face lift. In Copenhagen, Nord Architects has developed a space that allows visitors, kids, to explore the boundaries of space and create their own environments. Here kids can climb on the shelves and find comfortable places to relax with their chosen read. (via Frame).
