Matthew McCaslin “Crossroads”

Matthew McCaslin is a New York based artist known for installations built around industrial materials. He is a graduate of Parsons School of Design (1980). McCaslin’s latest show opens on April 23, 2009, at Gering & Lopez Gallery. Entitled Crossroads, the exhibition features a large installation (taking up half the gallery), “Inside Out,” which engulfs the viewer in a field of metal studs lit by four floresent lights.

Crossroads runs until June 6, 2009. Gering & Lopez is located at 730 5th Avenue, New York.
