Design in Britain takes stock of all the people, things, and objects that have given Britain a special place in design history. The book is broken into clear subject headings – Automative, Architecture, Graphics, etc. – and the sections are written by respective leaders in the given sub-field of design. In total the books aims to celebrate the global reach of British designers over the past 20 years.

Design in Britain is a collaborative publication between the Design Museum and Conran Octopus.
