“No Love Lost, Blue Paintings” by Damien Hirst

Yesterday, Damien Hirst’s new series of paintings No Love Lost, Blue Paintings opened at The Wallace Collection. Created between 2006 and 2008, the series marks Hirst’s return to painting. Twenty five works in total make up the exhibition. Included are two triptychs. The series will be on view through January 24, 2010.

The Guardian has pronounced the paintings “deadly dull.” More images appear after the jump, so you may then make your own assessment. (via Arrested Motion).
