Howard’s Abode Installation Timelapse Video

Despite not being timely, I’m forever fascinated by the exhibition installation videos posted on ArtBabble. Watching an exhibition take form, and noting the work that goes into it – from spacial concerns to mounting – brings new appreciation to the museum process. While I’ve been involved in my fair share of installations, the videos still teach me a little something every time. Worth checking out the series.

Above is from San Jose Art Museum’s installation of Mildred Howard Abode: Sanctuary for the Familia(r).
