Designed for Magis, the Venice Chair arrives five years after Konstantin Grcic developed “Chair 1″ for the Italian manufacturer. Again, he worked in die cast aluminum, producing a stack-able seating option ready for both indoor and outdoor use. The textile backrest softens the ride, and provides contrast to the core material. The swooping line of the arm is a winner too – Grcic working a soft, fluid motion into the metal.

The chair debuted at Milan Design Week 2010. (via DB).
