Wallpaper* has produced a fascinating video detailing the restoration of Jean Prouve’s Ferembal House. Originally built in 1948 as prefab offices for can factory in Nacy, the house was taken down thirty years later. Some foresight amongst locals kept the pieces intact, and in 1991 gallery owner Patrick Seguin rescued the treasure.

The video explains how Prouve’s gem was brought back to life.
