“220°C Virus Monobloc: The Infamous Chair” Book

Everyone knows the ubiquitous stackable plastic chair – the monobloc – and nearly everyone has an opinion about the form.

The Infamous Chair documents the love/hate relationship many designers have with “arguably the most successful piece of furniture in the world.” Editors Arnd Friedrichs and Kerstin Finger present a tongue-in-cheek look at the chair, through photographs, stories, and interpretations by renowned figures from Maarten Baas to Phillipe Starck.

Looks to be some fun in the often drool world of design books.
