Vasconcelos Library

Located in Mexico City, Alberto Kalach’s Vasconcelos Library integrates dynamic book storage with a surrounding botanical garden. The design is based on connecting public space (and knowledge centers) to new green lands… thus protecting the city and promoting unity with nature. The project was completed in 2007. Full information is found at Arch Daily.
