Salvador Dali Museum Open in Florida

Housing the world’s largest collection of works by Salvador Dali, St. Petersburg, Florida’s Salvador Dali Museum boasts a new building by international practice HOK. The design is inspired by two things – surrealist art and the potential for hurricane damage on Florida’s coast. In the end, the building is a study in fusing technical requirements and capturing the dynamism of the art within.

More looks at the building after the jump. (via Design Boom).
