In conjunction with the launch of Canon’s new EOS 1100D digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) cameras, renowned artist SBTG was commissioned to design a series of limited edition camera straps and protective wraps.
Available in four different versions of SBTG’s “Parsilia” camouflage motif, the premiums were designed to match the different colourways the EOS 1100D will be available in: black, red, metallic grey and brown.
Additionally, extremely limited editions of the EOS 1100D x SBTG box set will be unveiled at the launch of the inaugural Men’s Fashion Week (MFW) on March 30, 2011 at Marina Bay Sands.
Each box set will contain the EOS 1100D Kit, a matching strap and protective wrap in a SBTG-designed packaging.

As the Official Digital Imaging Partner of the inaugural Men’s Fashion Week 2011, Canon will also present “Time Of My Life – A Visual Retrospective by SBTG”: a photographic exhibition that traces the creative journey of SBTG.
Four EOS 1100D x SBTG Limited Edition Box Sets (one in each of the camera’s colourways) will be auctioned during the MFW Opening Gala Charity on March 30, with all proceeds going to the disaster relief fund for Japan.
Also to be unveiled at MFW is a new short film profiling SBTG’s craft. Commissioned by Canon and produced by Singapore-based production outfit, No Average Joe, the film was shot entirely on the Canon EOS Movie system and delves into the mind of SBTG the artist.
