Currently presenting his first exhibition in New York, Soleidoscopium at P.J.S. Exhibitions, Mexican artist Juandres Vera makes an analogy between the basic structure of the seascape and the field of view inside beverages. He creates figurative paintings that are also abstract, examining how biological precepts are transformed into recognizable figures.

Soleidoscopium is one part of Transformations and runs to April 22, 2011.
