Tin Mustard is the passion project of two brothers, Jan and Tin Dizdarevic, and their friend David Ostroff. Tin knows a thing or two about food… he’s a classically trained chef and former executive chef at Carolina’s Restaurant in Charleston, SC. His belief, shared by his cohorts on the project, is that mustard is an absolute necessity. That’s right, not just a condiment but a requirement.
