A couple of weeks ago we made a little trip out to Liverpool to visit the Halewood Factory of Land Rover, where the new Range Rover Evoque is being produced. Releasing in the next couple of weeks around the globe, the Evoque is the most exciting new product launch of the brand since the Range Rover Sport and as such obviously a big deal.
Blessed with full order books, the Halewood Factory has to produce the Evoque day and night in order to ‘try’ to meet the global demand of the new dynamic ‘city’ Range Rover, if you want to label it that way. A car factory is still today an impressive place to check out. Seeing how so many parts and functions have to interplay in order to create the final product, which is a complex one, you do not discover every day.
Check out our photo recap of the factory visit after the jump.
