The new Pentax Q is probably the first mini form factor camera that has caught my eye in some time. SteveHuff’s photo in hand (shown above) tells the story on this 12.5 megapixel, ultra compact digital well. It uses Pentax’s “Q” interchangeable lens system which allows you to swap out lenses depending on your needs.  Here’s a list of our favorite features on the Pentax Q usually reserved for larger body cameras: fast five frames per second continuous shooting mode, an ultra-fast shutter for high speed shots, a full 3inch LCD display, 1080p video with HDMI output, and of course interchangeable lenses. The Pentax Q is a compelling camera for around $780. The size, my friends….
