After our look at forthcoming Maharishi A/W 2012 collection via our Pitti coverage, we return to more recent collections with Spring Summer 2012. Of course, camo is their mainstay and while future collections look to be expanding beyond their trademark print, it’s still what they do best. These pieces; parka, bomber, scarf, shorts and tote are made from recycled WW2 parachute cloth.
The same fabric had actually been used as part of an exhibition of artist Hardy Blechman’s work shown at London’s Riflemaker gallery. Garments with a few stories to tell. Find it online.
