The Selectism crew found themselves backstage at some U.K favourites. Much action to report on from yesterday’s showings so excuse us while we go a little London Fashion Week on you today. Menswear has gradually crept up the order of importance at LFW and is about to take a big leap with LONDON COLLECTIONS: MEN, a 3 day showcase debuting in June.

Back to Autumn/Winter 2012, first up: Christopher Shannon. The king of modern sportswear, expect big logos, monochrome, multiple keychains, plaid, laser cut detailing and shoes from Kickers. A man with a clear cut aesthetic, one of the few designers whose season statement is clearly identifiable on the catwalk.
