We have seen the novelty of a boxer modeling collections before, but it is a great idea that really brings the clothes to life, so we cannot fault Opening Ceremony for outfitting lightweight pugilist Eric Ramos with their Autumn/Winter 2012 gear. You could also argue that it opens up sartorial concerns to dudes who might not ordinarily consider such pursuits manly enough.
“The collection is heavy on Argentinean gaucho and military influences,” they tell us. “Durable fabrics like Melton wools, lightweight parachute nylons, and mohairs appear in deep olive, grey, ochre, and a custom camouflage print.” Most of this stuff is familiar territory as well, but OC has managed to make the military angles in particular their own with a sharp eye for street style.
