Where form meets function

This is either the best interview with James Caan you’ve ever seen or the worse. Either way, this is art according to L.A resident Alex Israel. His deadpan delivery and refusal to engage in any conversation beyond the 20 questions written on his cards is painful to watch. We’re so use to watching awkward scenes play out on tv, intentionally or unintentionally, that this ends up more entertaining then cringeworthy. Check out his other interviewees including Christina Ricci, Quincy Jones and Marilyn Manson. Worth it for the opening sequence alone. (INT)
