How about that Game 4 last night in the Stanley Cup Final? The New Jersey Devils have kept themselves alive against the Los Angeles Kings in the battle for the Cup. As the Devils keep the tournament alive, we keep on trucking with our playoff beard. As mentioned in our first installment, we are playing to the spirit of the tournament by working a playoff beard through the end of the tournament.

Our friends at Philips Norelco are helping to keep beards trim through the Stanley Cup playoffs. While we’re on it, Funny or Die bring the humorous The Playoff Beard Follies: Missing The Beards – worth a viewing.

See more of our playoff beard progress on the following page.

While some may think that growing a beard is too much a hassle, the proper tools can assist in keeping it in order. One thing’s for sure for me over the last few weeks: my friends seem to support the cause. Friends and colleagues seem to enjoy the slight change of “face” I have had and it seems to garner more than its fair share of social looks when walking through town. When things do get a bit unmanageable, the Norelco Vacuum Stubble and Beard Trimmer Pro easily helps bring the control back. The vacuum on the trimmer easily collects the mess and allows for you to step out of the bathroom to get your trimming done.

Reminder: the folks at Norelco is searching for the most straggly bearded Stanley Cup fan. Those with the ultimate beard are asked to tweet a photo of your beard to @ShaveExperts with the hashtag #hairiest #stanley. Each Tuesday, the best beard of the week will be chosen to win a  Norelco Multigroom Pro to keep their playoff beard in check. At the end of the playoffs, one winner will be crowned the hariest and will will a pro beard Philips Norelco prize pack including SensoTouch 3D, Styleshaver, Vacuum Stubble and Beard Trimmer Pro and Bodygroom Pro.

Good luck!
