In what looks almost like a scene out of an Italian riff on Reservoir Dogs, here are some important folks who were instrumental on different levels in the opening of Lamborghini‘s new Prototype Development Center in Italy’s Emilia region. Among others taking the menacing strut down a fancy looking alleyway are the Minister of the Evironment, Land and Sea (the new facility is one of the automaker’s greenest), President and CEO Paola Gazzolo (flowers on her shoes) and the Mayor of Sant’Agata Bolognese.
“The new multi-story structure was specially designed to earn the Class A industrial energy rating,” we are told, “and is the first industrial building in Italy to be built with such characteristics.” More to the point, however, the building is equipped to produce small runs of prototype cars like the Sesto Elemento. Fast and fancy.
