Ipês House by StudioMK27

Marcio Kogan’s StudioMK27 designed the Ipês house in São Paulo, Brazil. The studio used a lot of exposed concrete on the house. We especially love the open construction of the house. The ground floor entirely opens up to the pool area, exposing the living and dining areas to the open garden. The wooden shatters on the upper part of the house act as warm accents on the exposed concrete, perfectly matching the furnishing. The concrete/wood play is in perfect balance on the house.
