Ben Sherman roll out a modern take on youth cultures past for their Fall/Winter 2012 collection. Mod, Rocker, Teddy Boy, Suedehead and Early 60s American dude all come together, not to kick the bejesus out of each other but to form a selection of goods much in keeping with Sherman’s past offerings. The open collared shirts based on those sweet gabardine numbers of the 50s and 60s are particularly noteworthy as is the slick knitwear for those of a Mod persuasion. Of course, this is all tailored for today’s audience so silhouettes and cuts shouldn’t challenge too much.
