The Danner Boot Company of Oregon is set to celebrate 80 years of bootmaking this year. Back in 1932 when Charles Danner decided to open the business he kept his mind on “superior craftsmanship” even during those tough Depression years. Today, the quality remains the same in the Danner Stumptown line.
In celebration of the 80th anniversary, Danner is releasing two new boots under the Stumptown name as well as a strong selection of Fall Winter boots to complement the anniversary models. Above, we preview the first of the two boots: the Danner Stumptown Mountain Light 80th is built like all Stumptown boots in their Portland factory. Look for Horween leather, GORE-TEX lining, and Vibram Kletterlift Outsoles. 800 pairs of each anniversary boot will be sold in North America.
