The rectangular footprint of Portuguese firm Frederico Valsassina Arquitectos‘ House in Quinta Patino arranges the living spaces within a modular arrangement of compartments and openings, integrating outdoor courtyards into the internal configuration of the property. By placing all of these habitable spaces inside the four perimeter walls, Arquitectos creates a structure which appears larger than it actually is.
Located in Estoril, Portugal.
