Today Samsung announced another new Galaxy model, the S III Mini. As the same implies, this is simply a smaller-version of the Galaxy S III smartphone with a 4-inch screen (the same size as the iPhone 5) rather than the large-format 4.8-inch screen of the S III. Inside, the phone features a 1GHZ dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and comes in either 8GB or 16GB versions with an added microSD slot for up to 32GB of additional space. The camera shoots 5 megapixel photos and 720p HD video. Unlike the S III, the Mini does not support 4G LTE, though it does come pre-loaded with Android Jelly Bean 4.1.
