Google Cultural Institute Adds 42 Exhibitions to its Archives

The Google Cultural Institute, an online database for some of the world’s most important historical collections, has just added 42 more exhibitions to its expansive archives. The new online exhibitions feature major events over the last century including Apartheid, D-Day, and the Holocaust told through letters, manuscripts, photos, and video. As with their digitized Dead Sea Scrolls, users can search throughout the archives for specific people, places, dates, and events.
