Southern California based Clae has collaborated with Seattle/Tokyo-based apparel brand Maiden Noir to present a capsule collection for the Autumn/Winter 2012 season. Maiden Noir is certainly busy on the collaboration side of things, having worked with Haven, as well as a series of other high profile brands for thir ‘Rise of the Seventh’ Fall/Winter 2012 Collection.
The collection is lead by the Maiden Noir Strayhorn, a limited edition leopard/herringbone printed canvas version of Clae’s popular mid-top sneaker silhouette. Also featured in the collection are a Maiden Noir camp cap and adjustable camera strap, both made with the same leopard/herringbone fabric, as well as a tote bag produced by Blk Pine Workshop and a wool ball cap produced by Ebbets Field.
The CLae x Maiden Noir Capsule Collection supports Maiden Noir’s five-city traveling RISE OF THE SEVENTH exhibit, which showcases their Autumn/Winter 2012 collection. An opening launch event at Our Favorite Shop, celebrating their fourth stop in Los Angeles, will take place on Wednesday, November 7th starting at 7pm.
All items will be available for a limited time at the Shop-In-Shop Maiden Noir pop-up store in Clae’s retail/creative space Our Favorite Shop (OFS), located at 5455 W. Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles.
