The Hundreds x Benny Gold Johnson Low

In their latest collaboration The Hundreds has teamed up with San Francisco designer Benny Gold. Rather than working on garments, the two have decided to produce a shoe, the outcome being the ‘Benny Gold for The Hundreds’ Johnson Low.

The limited edition “Benny Gold for The Hundreds” Johnson Low is completely inspired by San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. The outer shell of the shoe is made with a rust colored patina and ostrich leather, symbolizing the bridge’s colorway, and features traces of aqua throughout the shoe to tie in the presence of the Pacific Ocean. Gradient gray and white laces complete the look and are representative of San Francisco’s infamous fog, and the tongue and insole feature a specially designed The Hundreds logo refashioned to include Benny Gold’s trademark paper plane.

The shoe will be available in limited quantities at The Hundreds’ flagship locations and the Benny Gold store in San Francisco on November 9, 2012, and through The Hundreds’ Online Shop on November 12, 2012.
