Vancouver based Sahn offer an alternative to the usual lame looking bicycle helmets. While to some extent they’ll always be a crime against heads n’ hair, the Canadian design company have made the best of this vital bit of brain saving kit. This first release, simply named ‘The Classic Helmet’ is described as “a sleek, low profile design that is understated and modern, with an equestrian-inspired silhouette and availability in a contemporary, muted colour palette”. Meeting North American build standards this comes with removable pads as well as a Swiss-made rear adjuster. The steel grey in matt, above, works particularly well and shouts for the simple branding and well chosen type.
