Yucatan House by Isay Weinfeld

The Yucatan House is located in the green area of São Paulo/Brazil. Studio Isay Weinfeld has designed this private residence for a young family. Seven boxlike volumes all in different sizes and different finishes were distributed asymmetrically at the front part of the land, leaving a vast garden in the back. At the entrance you find a long flat surface, a wall covered in black painted aluminum plaques. The whole house is open and airy with high walls and spaces to place the family’s art collection.

Take a look at the Yucatan House and its interiors in the gallery above.
