Electronics giant Sony recently announced the Xperia Tablet Z. The upcoming device will serve as Sony’s counterpart to its Xperia smartphones and will feature advanced specs both externally and internally.
The Android 4.1 tablet runs on a Qualcomm 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB of storage, a 10.1-inch 1,920 x 1,200 screen with Mobile Bravia Engine 2, an 8.1-megapixel Exmor R camera, NFC, LTE, microSD expansion and Sony’s proprietary “S-Force” virtual surround sound technology.
At the time of its announcement, the Z is the thinnest and lightest tablet produced and is both waterproof and dustproof. Stay posted for more details and information including a release date and further specifications.
