Perry Sport and the Dutch Consumer Safety authority teamed up in order to create this beautiful ad with the help of The Oddshop, to promote the “Be Brave, Be Safe” collection of protective and reflective gear. The spokesperson for the ad is Tommy Carrol, the blind skateboarder.“When concepting we realized that showing a blind skateboarder would be the ultimate way of telling the story of protection. So we simply started Googling for ‘blind skateboarder’ and came across Tommy,” said Robert van der Lans, copywriter at the Oddshop.

The film was directed by Arthur Neumeier and Rakhal Heijtel.
