The 2014 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Edition 507, in coupe and sedan variants, will debut at the 2013 Geneva Auto Show. The Edition 507, which churns out–you guessed it–507 horsepower, will arrive in U.S. showrooms beginning this Summer. Pricing on the Edition 507 models will be announced closer to launch. The German automaker said the C63 AMG Edition 507 uses “much of the same technology as the SLS AMG.” That includes forged pistons on the AMG 6.3-liter V8 engine, along with connecting rods and a lightweight crankshaft. The engine is linked to an AMG Speedshift MCT seven-speed sports transmission.
Both sedan and coupe versions of the Edition 507 have a top speed of 174 mph. They sprint from zero to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds.
