German car manufacturer BMW celebrated the European premier of their i3 concept coupe in Geneva, Switzerland. Like other models in the series, the i3 is built off of BMW’s eDrive technology and an electric motor allowing for high-performance, zero-emission mobility.
The vehicle is expected to available later this year and on average goes 80 – 100 miles on a single charge. An optional range extender boosts this distance to 186 miles and if that’s not enough, BMW i also offers options like letting customers use a conventional BMW for a given number of days per year.
Take a look at the concept above and look for it to hit the open roads later this year.
