Hill House by Rachcoff Vella Architecture

The Hill House located in Mount Martha, Australia was designed by Rachcoff Vella Architecture. Situated on a narrow site on the rise of a hill overlooking spectacular views, with a north-south orientation and views at both ends, the challenge was to build a home that managed both of these aspects whilst working with a 5.0m fall from front to back. The result is a sculptural home providing flexible living for its inhabitants which reflects its positioning with beach hut aesthetics, and an emphasis on spaces that embrace the views either side of the building. Check it out in the gallery above.
