Focusing on Jones’ training regimen and background in the fight world – which started as a high school wrestler and transitioned to various other facets like boxing, muay thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – various trainers discuss the champ’s desire to get better and Nike’s contribution to get that goal.
