British label Natural Selection return with a one-off project, for those who like their denim unsullied, entitled ‘No Evil.’ The story starts in 2007. NS founder John Park purchased 1000m of organic 14oz selvedge from the renowned White Oak plant, part of Cone Mills in North Carolina. The organic denim industry soon collapsed and, no longer in production, this run of fabric became a rare haul. 6 years later, Natural Selection decide to turn their find into 360 pairs of Jeans. The ‘No Evil’ run, a regular to slim, straight leg jean features “a green circle, for the circle of life as well as sustainability.” Sold across 13 selected stores worldwide and Natural Selection’s online shop in July, get up-close in the gallery.
