House in Northern Italy by Matteo Casari Architetti

The private home by architectural firm Matteo Casari Architetti located in the South Lombardian region of Urgnano is set upon the mountainous landscape of Northern Italy. The impressive residence is created as a floating band of concrete raised a meter and a half above grade. The home seeks to create a typology of interiors characterized by layers and expansive exterior views. Various pools align around and under the building reflecting light and making the futuristic home feel almost like utopia.
