Steve Powers’ Alternative Cover for Kanye West’s ‘Yeezus’

It was only a matter of time before someone used the empty cover of Kanye West‘s Yeezus as a playground for their own work. Taking quotes from Yeezy’s recent New York Times article, New York City graffiti artist Steve “ESPO” Powers has done just that. Working his typical bold, graphic illustrations into a collage of colorful images and typography, the piece fits perfectly with the album’s message and the marketing campaign, or lack thereof, surrounding it.
