In order to celebrate their 260th anniversary, Warsteiner have made their bottle available to six select artists as a canvas including Stefan Strumbel, Aaron De La Cruz, Brooke Reidt, Nychos, 123KLAN and INSA, who have all applied their own unique designs. This isn’t the first time the German brewery has reached out to a select group of artists either as last year they hooked up with Odd Future for their pop-up store at Paris’s colette on a bottle inspired by the group’s most recent album cover. Reaching even further back, over 30 years ago in fact, Andy Warhol spearheaded Warsteiner’s interaction with the art world when he immortalized the famed brewery’s tulip glass.
All of the bottles are available now as a free on-top extra when purchasing a box of 20 or 24 bottles of Warsteiner Premium Verum. In addition, a special vending machine carrying each bottle will makes its way through Germany. Keep an eye on the brewery’s website to find out when it comes to your city.
