The standard of point-and-shoot cameras has increased tenfold over the years, so much so that the convenience of having a camera that fits neatly into your pocket can often outweigh the bulk and size of carrying a digital SLR camera when the results are this good. The Canon S-Line has always been a favorite of ours in this camera class and this week the new successor has been officially announced. The S120 camera from Canon provides just that standard. With 12.1 megapixel, a 1/1.7-inch image sensor, Wi-Fi connectivity, a responsive touchscreen LCD screen, and a 5x zoom lens, which opens all the way up to f/1.8. The S120 hits stores in October at a price point of $450 USD.
