Lacoste has unveiled a new shoe pack featuring four classic all-white models titled “The 1951 Collection.” The release comes to chart the brand’s move from making only white products pre-1951, as color was injected into the collections after this point. The pack explores the expression of “lively white” through four vintage models. The Ardeur is a 1985 tennis shoe with a real vintage aesthetic. The Dot is a performance shoe from the same era, with the Half Court being its mid-top incarnation. The Broadwick, a modern icon of the last few years, is the only heritage-inspired style in the range. A color range is expected next year, but in the meantime keep an eye out for these to drop.
