Anne Sophie Goneau designs the ground floor of this triplex condo on Montreal, Canada. The open complex consciously exposes the raw materials of the building discovered during a demolition — brick wall and steel — that nicely contrast with the shiny white floors. The interior is characterized by an extensive green velvet sofa and pristine white tables and bookshelves that enhance the brightness of the space. In the more private areas of the condo, such as the bathroom, the flooring turns black to form a distinct boundary between public and not-so-public rooms. Browse the gallery for more views inside.
