Yamaha XJR1300 “Eau Rouge” by Deus Ex Machina Italy

The Italian branch of custom bike shop Deus Ex Machina delivers this stunning rebuild of a Yamaha XJR1300 following their Project X model a few months back. Dubbed the “Eau Rouge,” Milan-based builders gives a modern twist to the ’70s style through the use of straight lines and angular aesthetics. The hand-built seat unit, petrol tank, and “Cyclops” nose cone have all been specially designed to give the impression of an endurance bike while still appearing fresh and modern in their style. Further additions that give this build its unique look include a retro-styled Öhlins right way up forks and twin shocks, Marvic five-spoke gold wheels, solid brake discs, and a titanium stubby 4-into-1 exhaust system.
