Parisian brand ELEVENPARIS continues to capture the zeitgeist with their offbeat yet modern renderings in their Spring/Summer 2014 collection “Generation oFF Love.” Inspired by the musician oFF Love and a love of all things 1990s, the range takes all that is good from the grunge era – what others might unknowingly call “bad taste” – and gives them a modern update. Taking inspiration from Chinese astrology, grunge, and the merging of pop culture, the collection features bomber jackets, faded jeans, button-ups, polo shirts and oversized sweatshirts. Yin and yang symbols feature heavily along with marijuana leaves, paisley and reinterpreted camouflage in shades of blue, red, black, white and orange. The fusion of grunge, sporty looks and the merging of pop culture translates in the collection while still remaining modern.
