British menswear designer Lou Dalton takes inspiration from the land for Fall/Winter 2014 and presents a collection full of workwear-inspired pieces. Earthy brown, charcoal, and cream are contrasted with bleached denim and a few highlight pieces in pink. Heavy-duty workwear fabrics including denim, corduroy, wool and suede are crafted into tailored silhouettes including trench coats, cropped jackets, button-ups and suits, as well as jeans and sweaters. A full-knit beanie and cord cap have been created in collaboration with Bernstock Speirs, while the brand’s ongoing work with Grenson footwear has resulted in a high-lacing boot in black and oxblood colorways, which will be sold exclusively through Dover Street Market in London and New York.
