Monocle continue to push the jet-setting, perfectly packed lifestyle vibes with this new collection of clothing for those who spend much of their time eating miniature bags of peanuts. Having collaborated on joint projects with the likes of Beams and Barena, the magazine goes it alone, bringing in designer Daniela Diletto, supported by the Monocle’s creative team. Editor-on-chief Tyler Brûlé comments “the aim of the collection is to fill a gap in the wardrobe of our audience who are constantly crossing the equator and need garments that work in all climates.” Both fabrics and expertise hailing from Italy and Japan, Voyage includes crew-neck mélange loopback sweatshirts from Osaka, an unconstructed blazer from Italian fabric expert Larusmiani, an Oxford shirt made from Cotonificio Albini cotton, a Japanese cotton tee and Italian “four season” weight cotton twill trousers.
